We recently used Access-Science Jobs for two graduate regulatory roles, in Nottinghamshire and Devon. In collaboration we developed job specification and roles, to be used on the Access-Science Jobs website. We chose to use the LinkedIn service to ensure we got good spread and coverage across the UK. Recruiting to North Devon has its challenges despite the beautiful countryside and beaches.

We have now successfully concluded the recruitment process, following > 95 applicants for the two roles in three weeks, we had to stop the process early. The quality of candidates applying exceeded our expectations and we believe these would not have been available to us using our previous methodology. We are very much looking forward to developing the new generation of regulatory professionals within our business.
