MARKET ANALYST/IT
Full time, onsite position in Sint-Niklaas
Major tasks and duties:
- Conduct technical and organizational tasks to collect and organize marketing and other data
- Prepare analyses and reviews of marketing and other data
- Prepare presentations and reports of processed data
- Provide technical support for IT systems/services to users
- Resolve malfunctions and report incidents/requests to the central service desk
- Cooperate in purchasing of new IT equipment (hardware, network, system applications)
- Provide system security and data protection
- Introduction of new implementations consistent with corporate company policy
- Prepare reports, analyses, and documentation
- Train users of IT systems and applications
- Ensure maintenance of software and hardware applications and equipment
- Ensure deletion and destruction of obsolete IT and communication equipment in accordance with company policies
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor's degree in economics and/or business informatics or other relevant degree
- Some experience in business data analysis
- Very knowledgeable in IT and with a high affinity for IT tasks
- Capacity to handle various multi-tasks from the field of market/business analysis and IT
- Fluent in English and Dutch (speaking, reading, and writing), French desired
- Advanced user of MS Office (Excel) and different business software, high level of IT literacy, and affinity to support coworkers with IT knowledge
