Job title: Commercial Head

CPL Life Sciences is working exclusively with a global pharmaceutical client to hire a Commercial Head. Reporting to the General Manager, the Commercial Head has the overall objective to lead the overall commercial strategy for the UK market, and leadership of the franchise.
The role will have responsibility over the P&L, shaping the franchise for a new product under clinical development, and leading the commercial team including marketing, and sales.
This role will be responsible for:
• Managing the budget and P&L
• Leading the commercial teams
• Lead and drive pre-launch activities with complete oversight
• Collaborating at a global level with a wide range of functions
Requirements:
• 10 years of commercial/ marketing experience
• Product management pharmaceutical experience within Specialty diseases or Diabetes
• Demonstrable experience in managing a P&L
• Experience in driving commercial launches for innovative products
• Experience in building launches in brand new areas
• A bachelor’s degree required
