Graduate HSE & Regulatory Coordinator

Berkshire   •  £26000 - £30000 per annum + + Bonus  •  Permanent, Full time


A leading scientific company in Bracknell is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Graduate HSE & Regulatory Coordinator. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in both HSE Management and Regulatory Affairs. Full Training is provided. A great opportunity for a scientific or engineering-based graduate to gain experience in a non-laboratory-based role.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • HSE Management

Risk assessment preparation and document management for multiple sites.

Coordinating with HR to ensure key staff training is up to date.

Working with production supervisors in the key areas of the business to ensure that all staff are adequately protected.

Holding monthly HSE meetings across all sites, documenting and tracking key actions.

Working with the continuous improvement and maintenance manager on the scheduling of key maintenance tasks and ensuring the key documentation is updated.

NEBOSH Training is provided.

  • Regulatory Affairs

Working with the R&D team to ensure that all Safety Data Sheets of the products we make are updated and compliant with current standards.

Working with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure that product labels are compliant with the current regulations.

Attending trade association meetings to keep up to date with the current legislation.

The role will enable the successful candidate an opportunity to develop their career in HSE and Regulatory compliance with exposure to a range of global legislations including REACH, CLP, ASTM-D4236, Toy Safety & Environmental Directives.

The role will involve large interaction with the production, supply chain, marketing, R&D and QC functions.
