We are working with one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, and they are looking for Legal Counsel to work on a part-time contract with them. They need someone who has experience in setting up clinical trials.
Description:
Provide legal support to the UK GCO teams as follows:
Clinical Trial Agreement
-This is NHS template which is mandated for all clinical trials in UK -The Clinical Contracts Manager will ask legal to advise on whether a change to certain legal clauses is acceptable or not.
Local Affiliate Agreements
-The main company agreement with the supplier
- Draft/Negotiate a local affiliate agreement with a global supplier. For example, to include local specific rates
Local MSA with Clinical Suppliers (such as local CRO) Local Vendor Contracts (such as with a drug destruction company)
- Global/ UK templates -Draft local MSA with local supplier using approved template. Negotiate MSA with supplier.
-Involves liaising with Quality, Patient Safety and Data Protection teams

Patient Information Leaflets
