CK Group are recruiting for a Learning & Development Partner to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Slough on a contract basis initially for 12 months
Salary:
Up to £45.00 per hour PAYE. This role is inside IR35.

Our client is a is a global biopharmaceutical company focused on creating value for people living with severe diseases in immunology and neurology now and into the future.
Location:
Slough. This is one of three global discovery research centres that include a state-of-the art pre-manufacturing tech-ops scale up facility and R & D.
Learning & Development Partner Role:
- Focus on onboarding programs for the commercial organization
- Assisting in the development of a learning mindset in an environment of Trust, Reflection, Empowerment and Knowledge Sharing
- When needed create local content but also maximize content provided by the client and interpret them into learning experiences that motivate, build product knowledge, competencies, and improve individual's performance
- Use insights to ensure learning needs are met using relevant and globally aligned solutions
Your Background:
- Progressive experience in Learning and/or Talent Development, ideally within pharma
- Great knowledge of Sales Training and/or experience as Sales representative/Management is desired
- Experience rolling out global programs and/or in pharma environment is a plus
- Proven experience deploying/implementing country/regional learning & development programs.
- Project management experience would also be an advantage
