QC Analyst – Chemistry

Cpl Life Sciences are partnering with a global pharmaceutical company that focusses on developing life changing vaccines recruiting for a QC Analyst. The main purpose of the QC Analyst is to perform QC inspections, sampling of raw materials, components for laboratory testing, data review and data interpretation and to perform analysis on in process, intermediate and finished vaccine products, raw materials, components and samples.
Key Responsibilities;
- Perform component and raw material inspections on receipt to ensure quality is met
- Communicate all findings of testing to senior leadership, support with deviations if required if out of spec
- Instrument maintenance, cleaning and monitoring
- Completion of deviations, CAPAs, change controls
- Updates and reviews SOPs
- Supports with quality risk assessments, HSE risk assessments
Experience;
- Educated to a degree level within a scientific subject, ideally chemistry
- 6 months experience working within a laboratory
- QC experience (desirable)
