About the role
As part of our growth, we’re looking for a motivated LIMS Trainer and Tester to join us as an integral member of our team.
You’ll work closely with our internal and client teams, and be responsible for creating and executing test scripts, including writing, and delivering training materials on the ‘out-of-the-box’ and configured application of our Achiever Medical LIMS system.
Within the role, you will:
Work on diverse client projects; from large-scale implementations through to minor releases and software upgrades.
Collaborate with our internal teams on informal and formal testing including creating, updating, and running validation documentation and test scripts.
Create and maintain high quality printed and digital training materials and deliver online and in-person training sessions to both internal and external clients.
Collate and manage feedback from clients using online surveys.
Maintain knowledge on the new application features to update, design, and deliver new testing and training materials and courses.
About you
Minimum of 3 years' experience implementing LIMS, CRM, or other similar software applications.
Strong laboratory experience / knowledge coupled with working closely with customers’ teams to elicit training requirements and deliver standard and customised training sessions.
Experience designing and delivering test scripts, test reports and training materials on GxP, validated or highly secure applications.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
Writing T-SQL or designing and using testing software is nice to have but not required.
