Are you a HR Advisor with a strong Employee Relations (ER) background? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you. This will be a Fixed Term contract until April 2024.
We are currently looking for a Senior HR Advisor / ER Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical business located in the Hertfordshire area. As the HR Advisor you will be responsible for a variety of activities, notably focussed around ER.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Senior HR Advisor / ER Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Reporting into the HR Business Partner. This role will be supporting two Business Partners undertaking the following duties across all areas of the business:-
- Short term and long term sickness case management
- Investigations
- Disciplinaries
- Grievances
- Flexible working requests
- Probation period management
- Management training
- Recruitment
- Coaching and providing advice in line with our policies
- Adhoc project work
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Senior HR Advisor / ER Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. The successful candidate will ideally hold a formal degree or Human Resources qualification, however, this is not essential.
2. Proven HR and Employee relations experience from a Production, Manufacturing or Warehouse environment.
