Role : UK Benefits Specialist

Location : Cambridge. 3 days on site x 2 remote..
Rates : £220 per day PAYE or £280 LTD company / Umbrella company – Role – Outside IR35

As the Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the UK country’s benefits programme and helping the benefit managers with delivery of the benefit plans and policies to employees. You will form part of the Reward & Inclusion Centre of Excellence.
Additional:
§ Experience in benefits management and administration including Healthcare, Pensions and Auto-Enrolment and Voluntary Share plans (SAYE/SIP) etc..
§ Expert knowledge of policies, processes and procedures pertaining to Benefits in the UK.
§ Demonstrates knowledge and Experience in working with 3rd party providers.
§ An understanding of Wellbeing and employee benefits.
§ An understanding and interest in Diversity and Inclusion and how this impacts benefits.
§ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
§ Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, and an eye for detail.
