The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our client's vision of a sustainable future. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Discovering innovative applications and markets for our client's groundbreaking materials, serving as eco-friendly alternatives to conventional polymers and petrochemicals.
  • Nurturing and strengthening relationships both within the organisation and externally to foster collaboration and growth.
  • Facilitating a seamless connection between the research and development teams and commercial priorities, ensuring that sustainable solutions reach the market effectively.

About You:

To excel in this role and contribute to our client's mission, you should possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a science-related field, demonstrating your aptitude for understanding the intricacies of our materials.
  • Prior experience in Commercial/Product Management or Project Management roles, showcasing your ability to drive initiatives to success.
  • A background in the Chemical or Polymers industry, whether in a technical or commercial capacity, highlighting your expertise in the field.
  • A genuine passion for combating plastic pollution and promoting sustainability, aligning with our client's core values.
