Graduate Mechanical Engineer - New Complex Technologies - Warwick

Exciting opportunities have arisen for a few Graduate Mechanical Engineers who will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge, groundbreaking technologies. Starting ideally in the summer of 2023, you will contribute to the invention of life-improving and life-saving technologies.

While our primary focus is on graduates starting in the summer of 2023, we are open to candidates who have recently returned from travel or plan to travel after graduation, allowing for flexible start dates.

We welcome graduates from BSc, MSc, and PhD levels, and we will also consider candidates with a couple of years of industry experience. The salary offered by this company for graduate positions often exceeds what most companies offer to individuals with a few years of experience. Therefore, if you haven't experienced the career development promised in your initial industry role, this could be an attractive option.

You will work on highly complex technologies for the Medical Devices and Life Sciences sectors, engaging in fascinating work that will significantly contribute to your career development. In addition to your project work, the company places a strong emphasis on providing ongoing career training to facilitate your progression into senior roles within the organization.

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, particularly in a field involving the research and development of new technology and the construction of something from the ground up. The more complex the project, the better - experience in electromechanical, microfluidic, IVD, or other similar technologies for the Medical Devices or Life Sciences sectors would be particularly advantageous. Exceptional A-Level results are also expected, as the company seeks candidates with a proven track record of excellence.

This company is unable to offer sponsorship, so candidates must possess a British passport, settled status, or another status that allows them to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.

In addition to competitive compensation, this company offers career training and development, an excellent pension scheme, annual bonuses, medical insurance, and other benefits typically associated with large corporate organizations.

The company places a strong emphasis on passion for engineering, so they appreciate seeing hobbies on CVs that demonstrate technical interests. This could include programming, working on engines, building drones, or engaging in other technically challenging hobbies that involve problem-solving and finding solutions.

Due to the anticipated high level of interest in this role, we encourage interested candidates to apply promptly, as the company will stop accepting applications once the positions are filled.
