CK Group are recruiting for an IT Site Support Analyst to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes, based in Swindon on a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension.
Salary:
Up to £27.50 per hour depending upon experience

Location:
Swindon. This site is a large manufacturing centre for our client with the facility being over 253,000 square feet in size. It houses the fast dissolving tablet development and manufacturing operations as well as a CMC pharmaceutical analytical lab services unit that offers ASAP stability.
IT Site Support Analyst Role:
? Interact with clients to process basic service requests or resolve basic technical problems.
? Compliance with purchasing licensing guidelines
? Coordinate local support vendor relationships
? Ensure compliance with system patching, security & AV requirements.
? General network, telecom & server support
? Ensure call tickets are updated and closed in a timely manner
Your Background:
? Hold a degree in Computer science or equivalent or have equivalent working experience
? Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
? Hold MCP or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Systems Engineer)
? ITIL certification
