CK Group are recruiting for a Senior Quality Control Technician to join an analytical testing laboratory in the pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry at their site based in Hampshire on a permanent basis.

Our client is a laboratory with extensive experience in pharmaceutical and medical device testing across the world.

This role is located near the south coast in Hampshire .
Senior Laboratory Technician Role:
Your main duties will be to:
- To ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the method/s supplied, in a manner to obtain accurate results and to inform their Lead or Principle Scientist, of any circumstances arising that may jeopardise the integrity of such results.
- To keep the Lead or Principle Scientist informed concerning the status of work, including situations which may lead to potential delays.
- To undertake routine basic laboratory duties and/or clerical duties as directed and documenting in compliance with company procedures.
- To collate data for laboratory records for the preparation of reports and for compliance with quality procedures for work performed in their Section.
- To undertake monitoring and care of equipment.
Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Sound knowledge of GMP, GLP and health and safety with the laboratory
- Minimum of 5 GCSE?s or equivalent including Maths, English and Science
- Relevant experience within a laboratory setting
