CK Group are recruiting for an Associate Data Quality Analyst to join a diagnostics company at their site in Burgess Hill, West Sussex initially on a contract basis for 6 months. This role offers hybrid working.
Rate:
£18.03 PAYE / £24.09 Umbrella per hour
Associate Data Quality Analyst Role:
- Deliver quality customer experience services to customers throughout the UK and Ireland
- Maintain high quality data within customer relationship management systems
- Escalate any complex issues to appropriate teams
- Accountable for resolution of problems or queries
Your Background:
- Experience with Customer/Supplier communications, written and verbal
- Data administration position experience
- Process mind-set oriented
- Previous experience in driving process change is a plus
- Desirable: Salesforce and SAP experience
