We are currently looking for a QC Microbiology Analyst to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Kent on an initial 6 month contract. As the QC Microbiology Analyst you will be responsible for performing microbiological testing on non-sterile raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the QC Microbiology Analyst will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
As the QC Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting samples from various sources where appropriate for analysis.
You will be responsible for performing all routine activities of the micro lab to meet operational requirements.
As the QC Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing analytical reagents/media/cultures for general laboratory use.
You will be responsible for undertaking non-routine analysis when required.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the QC Microbiology Analyst we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Microbiology is essential.
2. Proven industry experience in QC Microbiology laboratory is essential.
