Business Operations Associate
Seeking a broad based individual to support the smooth of commercial business operations across a number of different platforms. Candidates must be IT savvy, highly numerate, have excellent attention to detail and will need to have a ?can do? resilient attitude to thrive in this rapidly growing company. This is an excellent role for somebody seeking exposure to a broad range of back office sales support functions in a local start up within a major multinational pharma company and is ideally suited to a candidate who has recently graduated with a Business Degree and is located close to Slough.
Required Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Education: Degree
- At least 3 years work experience (can be in a different business) or a recent Business Degree graduate with relevant work (sandwich year) experience
- Fluent in MS Office with intermediate MS Excel skills
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
- Desirable experience to include at least one of:
- CRM systems management
- Customer Database Management
- Stock management and sales order processing
- SAP or other ERP demand forecasting experience
Major Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Customer sales order processing via warehouse management portal (Alloga portal)
- Management of secondary sales database, customer details and associated product retrospective sales rebates
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system administrator for the field sales team
- Support periodic business reporting requirements
- Office administration and local IT Support with respect to:
- Mobile Phones
- Laptops
- Ipads
- Office assets and equipment
- Office IT network and server
- Primary point of contact for HQ IT
- Local implementation and support of IT systems with support from HQ IT
- Office management tasks
