Role: Instrumentation Technician
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £45,000+ - Monday to Friday - Days only!
Department: Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Maintenance Team
A global pharmaceutical client of mine are looking for a controls and instrumentation technician with a bias towards instrumentation. My client develop state of the art APIs, formulation, research and pharmaceutical development.
The role will be within the electrical maintenance team working on controls and instrumentations, this includes reactive and planned maintenance of state of the art GMP equipment.
Key Responsibilities
· Complete and undertake reactive and planned maintenance of the equipment
· Ensure that emergencies and maintenance schedules are completed efficiently and on time
· Identify maintenance improvements and work with relevant departments to implement
· Ensure documentation are to GxP standards on paper and CMMS
· Ensure that work is carried out to the highest standards and effected teams are notified with due notice
Requirements
· Experience of instrumentation activities within a highly regulated environment (preferably pharmaceuticals)
· Understanding of GxP principals
· Documentation reports on paper and CMMS
· Safety Conscious
· (Desirable) Experience in a GMP Manufacturing environment
· (Desirable) Knowledge of L8 Regulations Cooling Towers
· (Desirable) Knowledge of PLC and PCS Programming
