CK Group are recruiting for a Development Chemist to join our client at their site based in Nottingham on a full time, permanent basis for a salary ranging up to £25,000 depending on experience. The client are looking for candidates who have experience working with coatings.

Our client is a specialist chemicals company who develop and manufacture chemicals such as coatings and paints. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading company.

This role is located in Nottingham.
Your main duties will involve:
- Provide interdepartmental technical support.
- To investigate innovative and novel technologies and to carry out new product development
- Develop formulations through testing/optimisation
- Carry out lab preparation of paint samples with full testing
- Direct reporting and interpretation of results
Your Background:
? BSc in Chemistry or related
? Competent in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
