This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated dynamic Chemical Engineer to join a successful and growing organisation based in the SW area.
The successful applicant will be qualified to BEng in Chemical Engineering or related disciplines. Also, candidates with time served apprenticeship will be considered.
Qualification and experience
- BSc in Chemical Engineering or related subject.
- 2+ year experience as a process engineer within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage and lead short and long-term projects.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Exposure to Six Sigma processes
The applicant will be expected to have good computer skill and working knowledge of GMP, SPC, Quality, Health and Safety directives and legislation. Ideally has used or implemented 6-sigma green or black belt in manufacturing systems.
