Our client is a well-established organisation based in the Midlands area who is currently seeking to recruit an experienced R & D Chemist.
The successful candidate will have a 2:1 degree in chemistry, polymer science, materials or related discipline with 2 years commercial experience in adhesives, coatings, polymer, etc.
The R & D Chemist is expected to have the ability to develop ideas from initial stage through to final production, including literature search, liaison with suppliers and final development of product leading to manufacturing stage.
Candidates with a PhD degree and relevant experience are also welcome.
The successful candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skills with the following attributes:
