Technical Project Lead

We are currently looking for a Technical Project Lead to join a leading company based in Oxfordshire. As the Technical Project Lead you will be responsible for

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Technical Project Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Carrying out tasks that produce new technical skills, such as developing chemicals, formulas, intellectual property, methods, and testing.

2. Solving difficult scientific issues by coming up with creative solutions

3. Influence stakeholders and internal customers while interacting with several different interfaces

4. Supervision and training of less-experienced team members using both project and assessment leadership

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Technical Project Lead we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Chemistry or Engineering background.

2. Proven industry experience in analysing data and formulation.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Lubricants, which isn't necessary but preferred.
