CK Group are recruiting for a Scientific Sales Administrator to join a Life Science Service company based in the East Yorkshire area.
Junior Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Providing a high level of administration, quality and customer service meeting customers and company expectations
- Be the first point of call for key accounts clients, to understand individual client requirements.
- Update planning schedules and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reporting Excel spreadsheets.
- Liaise with Production, prepare Transport Schedules and manage customer expected delivery requirements.
- Produce dispatch and invoicing documentation.
- Documenting and handling of customer complaints.
Experience:
- Experience in a sales and administrative role.
- Experience in account management.
- Excellent IT skills: familiarity and expertise with Excel, Word, Outlook and Access Dimensions or other similar sales/accounting software.
- Graduate or equivalent desirable.
- Experience in a scientific/pharma sector desirable.
Salary:
The salary for this role is up to £25,000 per annum.
