CK Group are recruiting for an enthusiastic Scientist or Senior Scientist with a background in protein characterisation to join a growing biotechnology company based in London on a permanent basis.

A global biotech company specialising within the field of immuno-oncology.

The Role:
This is a lab-based role and a great opportunity to contribute to the innovation of all aspects of the company?s pipeline and platforms, and be involved in design and execution of experiments, furthering product discovery and development projects, as well as being involved in other laboratory activities.
Your Background:
- PhD in biological/biochemical science, with experience across academia and the biotechnology industry (5 years+ for Senior Scientist level).
- Experienced in AKTA and protein characterisation
- Understanding of the biologic product discovery and pre-clinical development process.
- Technical skills in the following: protein expression from bacterial and mammalian host cells, protein purification and characterisation (affinity determination, cell binding etc.).
