CK Group are recruiting for a Continuous Product Development Scientist to join a leading medical diagnostics company at their site based in Sunderland on a permanent basis.
The Company:
Our client are a leading medical diagnostic company with an international reputation, specialising in the design, manufacture and support of IVD analysers and reagents.
This is a full time Monday to Friday (daytime hours) role, based between our clients sites in Gateshead and Sunderland.
As a Continuous Product Development Scientist, you will undertake and provide a customer focused oversight for continuous product development projects within all areas of our clients Electrophoresis product range. This will involve logging and performing first line investigations and troubleshooting of internal complaints, interpreting data to present results and identify trends in product performance.
Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Degree in life sciences or related field
- Full driving license and ability to commute between split sites
- Experience, knowledge of and interest in gel and/or capillary electrophoresis
- Proven ability within an industry-based Development, Quality Control, R&D and/or Technical Support setting would be desirable.
