CK Group are recruiting for a QA Specialist to join a leading global diagnostics company on a permanent basis.

Location:
This role is based in our clients Eastleigh office.
Salary:
Competitive base salary plus, 25 days holiday, company bonus scheme, private medical insurance, company pension plan, and life assurance (4 times annual salary).
As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients product and services meet the established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance.
Your main duties will be to:
- Be responsible for document management systems Identify training needs and organise training interventions to meet quality standards
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities Investigate non-conformance issues
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Support on-site audits conducted by external providers
Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Knowledge of GMP and GDocP
- Experience of documentation control, change control, NC investigation and CAPA
- Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
