IT Support Engineer
*IT Support Engineer required by leading Biotech based in Aberystwyth*
A leading Biotech based in Aberystwyth, currently requires an IT Support Engineer to support 80+ users and take part in projects aimed at optimising the network and infrastructure as the company grows.
Upon joining, the IT Support Engineer will be the main POC for all IT related issues in the Aberystwyth office, and will be responsible for providing user support, advocate Data protection and Data Privacy issues, monitor system and network performance and install and configure hardware and software.
In terms of skills, we are looking for IT Support Engineers who have experience of a similar role within IT Support, experience in user support and network management. Experience of handling projects would be great as would an understanding of Google Suite.
Any certifications would be great (CompTIA+ or related) as well as any degree in an IT related subject.
