CK Group are recruiting for a CX Analyst to join a diagnostics company at their site in Burgess Hill, West Sussex on a contract basis for 12 months.
Daily Salary:
Up to £240 PAYE or £320 Ltd. This role has been assessed as outside IR35
CX Analyst Role:
- Analyse customer journeys, identify areas for improvement and develop state-of-the-art solutions
- Design, develop and support the roll out of solutions that provide an improved customer experience
- Review project submissions and support in refining their problem statements
- Conduct feasibility assessment
- Support in raising awareness of the importance of customer journey mapping and journey management
Your Background:
- Experience in developing customers' journeys and discovering areas of opportunities through meaningful research methods and tools
- Previous working experience as a CX expert, product owner or working in innovation management
- Practical experience in design thinking and similar problem solving approaches
- Knowledge of agile processes and principles
- Experience working on large, complex projects with multiple partners and decision-makers
