CK Group are recruiting for a Senior Bioanalyst to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry working on a contract basis for 12 months.
Rate ? Up to £200 per day PAYE or £264 per day Ltd
This role has been assessed as outside IR35
Essential Requirements:
- A strong background in a biological or chemical related discipline with extensive experience of developing and qualification of methods for the quantitative measurement of biotherapeutics in biological samples
- Experience with therapeutic proteins, monoclonal antibodies and biomarkers using technologies such as ligand binding
- The ability to ability to develop hypotheses and execute analysis plans for pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and biomarker data
- Any experience wit LCMS would be an advantage
Senior Bioanalyst Role:
- Develop novel methods for the quantitative measurement of therapeutics such as monoclonal antibodies, gene editing components, proteins and nucleotides and/or biomarkers
- Design, develop, and interpret assays and data to support discovery drug program transition through to lead candidate selection
- Utilise a range of technologies in the lab will be essential such as large molecule by ligand binding (e.g. MSD, Gyros), mRNA by PCR
- Take a lead role in the lab designing bioanalysis method strategies and interpreting data generated in support of new modality projects that will advance the clients drug pipeline
