A global pharmaceutical firm, who are making a significant impact in the industry, currently require a Business System Analyst SAP. This role will enable the right candidate to play a significant role in managing the ERP environment, as well as implementing the SAP processes within the SD Module.
Salary: CHF 86.44 per hour
This is a contract vacancy.
Duties you will be carrying out:
- Main point of contact to communicate system issues in accordance with IT teams and software vendor on changes, fixes and updates
- Ongoing troubleshooting, support, and surveillance of the systems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the system release processes including vendor management
- Participation of validation activities with development and execution of testing
- Compliance to CSV requirements, as well as IT Policies and Standards
- Configuration/ development of new system functionalities based on user requirements
- Strong understanding of business requirements and technology to support business objectives
- Ongoing troubleshooting, user support, and maintenance of the systems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Implemented and maintain modern and standard business processes in a cloud environment
Essential requirements:
- University Degree
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales business area with planning and managing IT systems
- experience in SAP S4 in the SD module
- knowledge in system management and administration
- Experience in managing software as a service (SaaS)
- Good communication skills, must be a problem solver and tailor solutions towards business partners
- Good analytical skills with the ability for business partnering to understand business requirements and transform into IT solutions.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive and change oriented
