Project Leader - Class 3 Medical Devices Embedded Software - Cambridge
Due to expansion, a Medical Devices organisation, based in Cambridgeshire, are currently looking for a Project Leader to assist with the development of Class 3 Medical Devices. Specifically using your past Embedded Software skills while also leading a small team of Embedded Software Engineers.
This is not a management role, more of a leadership role where you will be hands on with the development yourself while also mentoring more junior members of staff. This experience could have come from being a senior Embedded Engineer who took on extra responsibility in the past or maybe working as a Project Manager or Consultant on Embedded Software projects.
Although it would be advantageous for you to have worked on Medical Devices previously, we will also be interested in hearing from you if you have been in another highly regulated field such as Aerospace, Sciences, Automotive etc.
This company have a strong track record of developing careers, due to this you'll be given extra development and training as they will want you to grow with the business.
It is expected that apart from career experience, you will also hold a degree within a software, electronics or other subject that led you into a Embedded Software Engineering career.
Running software teams using agile or waterfall methodology would be highly advantageous, so if you have this experience, please make it clear on your CV.
