Cpl Life Sciences are currently partnered with a global biopharmaceutical company in the source for a Associate Medical Director for their EMEA region. You will support in the leadership and development of their EMEA Medical team.
This position with see this individual having the chance to design and implement the metrics and deliverables to ensure a highly function EMEA MSL team, whilst continuing to grow the team.
This role will see the benefits of working within a small pharmaceutical company and will be an exciting challenge for any leader currently in Medical Affairs.
Requirements:
- Medical Affairs leadership experience is essential
- Experience at either an EU/EMEA/Global level
- Experience in developing teams, ideally setting up/designing deliverables
- High level of commercial acumen with excellent communication skills
