An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing medical devices company, looking to double their size in the next 12 months. They have therapeutic areas of Dermatology, Podiatry, and Oncology. In particular, the way medical devices play a role in managing complex conditions by utilizing microwave energy in global healthcare.
The purpose of this role will be to play a critical role in their customer experience, being the first point of contact for all queries, challenges and complaints.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Working with existing domestic and international customers.
- Scheduling , maintaining and running the service schedule.
- Partnering with others throughout the business to provide correct changes are communicated to the customers.
- Updating and maintain, systems, records and databases.
Candidate Requirements include:
- Previous Customer Service experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly with Excel.
