CK Group are recruiting for an IT User Support Specialist to join a diagnostics company at their site in Goddards Green near Burgess Hill, West Sussex on a contract basis for 6 months.
The working hours for this role are 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday, covering hours between 08.30 - 17.30. On occasion, flexibility may be needed to work outside of these hours or travel to another site if required.
Salary:
Daily £250.00 PAYE
IT User Support Specialist Role:
- Manage IT support incidents / requests, performing root cause analysis and recommending controls for problem mitigation
- Deploy and validate hardware builds including Windows 10 laptops and iPhones for the Roche user base
- Process new starter, mover and leaver requests
- Perform remote and desk side support for end-user applications and hardware issues
- Contribute to organisational programmes of work and leading on internal IT projects
Your Background:
- Educated to GCE A level or equivalent standard is essential
- Hold an IT related qualification - essential
- 3 years or more in a similar role
- Good knowledge of cloud based technologies, applications and services is required
- Experience of working in medium or large organisation supporting a diverse user base
