CK Group are recruiting for a GMP Training Officer on behalf of a growing Cell Therapy CDMO to be based at their site in Cambridge on a permanent basis.

Our client are a growing CDMO providing GMP manufacturing of ATMPs and related products, process development and ancillary services. They support the development of complex, breakthrough therapies for a globally diverse market.
About the Role:
Based on-site in Cambridge, the purpose of this role is to support all departments training activities including training curriculums, manuals, teaching aids and practical training in line with relevant regulations. The successful candidate will work within a fast-paced multidisciplinary Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment ensuring all documentation and information is processed in line with these requirements.
About You:
To be considered for this position you should have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's level degree in life science or equivalent experience
- Experience of developing, delivering and facilitating training programs
- Significant experience in learning & development within a GMP regulated environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise, work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience and knowledge of E-learning
