Due to continuous growth our client is seeking to recruit an experienced materials scientist to work within their product development group.
The successful candidate will have a good degree in Chemistry, Material Sciences or PhD with experience in product development and investigation of new technology.
The job holder will be involved in developing epoxy resin and polymer matrix, as well as carrying out routine testing and special testing of developed or improved products to very tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will have experience in using techniques such as exfoliation process, UV-Vis Spectrometry, SEM, TGA and X-ray diffraction
The job holder will have good interpersonal and communication skills and self-motivation. Also important is the ability to work accurately with a keen eye for detail.
The successful candidate will be a good team player with a flexible attitude who is able to work under pressure.
