CK Group are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes, based in Bathgate on a contract basis for 12 months. Working from 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-4:30pm on Friday.
Initially you will be in the office 5 days a week until you are up to speed and then there is potential for 3 days in office 2 days at home.
Salary:
Per Hour £12.82 PAYE
Project Coordinator Role:
- Co-ordinate projects from award stage to completion ensuring correct planning timelines are generated, monitored and tracked.
- Collect KPI data and supply to Project Management team.
- Assist with departmental training and completion of training documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and regular review of Standing Operating Procedures relating to own areas of responsibility.
- Manage inventory reporting and monitor and track client inventory in line with project requirements.
Your Background:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Able to work independently
- Previous pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred but not essential
