Business Insights & Reporting Manager

CPL have partnered with a global pharmaceutical client to recruit a Business Insights & Reporting Manager. In this role, you will partner with the UK commercial teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality strategic business decision support.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have 3+ years of commercial, strategy, consulting and/or research/analytics experience. Budget and resource allocation management, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals experience highly preferred.
Background:
? Understands quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Knowledgeable about study design and able to assess vendor technical capabilities.
? Extensive experience in management of secondary data and familiarity with pharma applicable data is highly desired (ex. Midas).
? Proven ability to connect, integrate and synthesize analysis and data into a meaningful 'so what' to drive concrete strategic recommendations and enable commercial decision making. Capable of describing relevant caveats in data or in a model and how they relate to business question. Experience with data visualization solutions (ex. Tableau) and other advanced analytic/data science solutions (ex. DSS) will be a plus.
? Expertise in the field of customer/omni-channel analytics
? Previous demonstrated experience of forecasting revenues
