Customer Service Advisor
An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a global pharmaceutical has arisen. They have a range of branded generics which have reached commercially to 80 countries. This role will be a pivotal role to join their established team with an opportunity for growth.
The purpose of this role will be to join their customer care team within a fast-paced environment whilst providing a full customer service experience, accurately and with clear communication.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Providing data input.
- Providing customer service across emails and calls.
- Dealing with orders of their generic products.
- Dealing with multiple contacts.
Candidate Requirements include:
- SAP experience.
- Previous Customer Service experience.
- Experience with leading a team would be desirable.
