Key Skills: Service now, ITSM, SLA report, governance,
- Monthly review and verification of the Service Level performance reports, including review of calculations and evidence
- Facilitation of the monthly service reviews with appropriate Service Owners
- Analysis of ServiceNow and ticketing information for trends and insights into the operation of the Managed Service partner
- Ability to deep dive into Service Now ticket information
- Collaborative approach with vendor to ensure single source of truth and transparency on data that is being reported across teams
- Ability to produce internal performance reports monthly, and collate required data and commentary
- Management of service/performance issues and escalations from service teams with the respective managed service supplier contacts
- Demonstrate ability to understand performance and service obligations in complex managed service contracts
