CK Group are recruiting for a Laboratory Director to join a Drug and Alcohol testing company in Essex.
Responsibilities will range from (but not limited to):
- Developing and implementing the business strategy.
- Planning and achieving targets and standards for financial and trading performance.
- Reporting organisational plans and development to the Board.
- Ensuring all statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements are met.
- Responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of staff at the Lab.
Background:
- Relevant science degree, BSc in chemistry, toxicology, forensic science, biochemistry.
- Lab experience at a senior level.
- Good rapport-building skills ? must be able to build and maintain relationships with key Stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen and experience of using metrics for driving performance.
- A good understanding of e-commerce.
