Cpl Life Sciences are currently partnering with a global pharmaceutical
company that supports with all areas of the process of new/ current medicines from
R&D to marketing recruiting for a Senior Microbiology Analyst. The main purpose
of the Senior Microbiology Analyst is to provide technical expertise on all microbiology
topics and to test all materials/facility for microbiological contamination
according to agreed specifications and procedures
Skills/Qualifications
• Degree in Microbiology or related scientific discipline
• Demonstrated experience acting as a “Senior” Microbiological
role within a QC Pharmaceutical Microbiology Laboratory
• Excellent technical knowledge of Microbiological testing
techniques e.g., water testing, microbial limit testing and identification
techniques
• Demonstrated Knowledge, understanding and application of GMP
Guidelines and Regulations
• Knowledge of Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Quality
Systems and a basic understanding of manufacture and packaging of
pharmaceutical products
• Ability to interpret complex data and present key findings
• Able to manage the day-to-day activities within the
microbiology lab with minimal supervision, employing effective time management
and delivery of tasks on time in full.
