Our client is currently seeking to recruit two Microbiologists within their QC department.
Senior QC microbiology
The candidate will have BSc or MSc or PhD in Microbiology or related discipline with several years’ experience in manufacturing environment. The position is to provide a microbiological QC and compliance service to manufacturing department in order to ensure that GMP standard is maintained during the manufacturing process.
Candidates will require good technical expertise and organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of the microbiology laboratory. Also to support routine microbiology operations with respect to full identification of organisms, media fills, bioburden, sterility and endotoxin tests, as required, etc.
QC Technician
The candidate will be educated to HND, BSc in Microbiology or related subject with at least 1-2 years’ experience in QC laboratory, performing routine testing of bioburden assays and support Environmental Monitoring.
The successful candidates will be involved in the development of validation protocols and reports specifically associated with microbiological testing such as, Bioburden assays.
The applicants will have:
- Good communicator within the Team and understanding of priorities
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and excellent time management
- Excellent communication skills oral and written
Skills: strong GMP knowledge, cGMP, manufacturing, aseptic process qualifications, LIMS Management, microbiology test validations and method qualifications, Bioburden assays.
