Clinical Data Migration

Clinical Data Migration Lead
Duration ? 12 months
Location: Diegem, Belgium (ideally all work is done onsite)
Rate ? 50 Euros/hr - 70 Euros/hr
(Flexible working may be allowed.)

This position requires supporting data managers, statistical programmers, and statisticians on data structuring and
creation of moderate to complex data listings, aggregated tables, or dashboards for KPI (key Performance Metrics) using Tableau or R-Studio (including R-Studio Connect).

  • Must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems, and products.
  • In addition, this role will be responsible for the receipt, reconciliation, and archival of clinical data received during the conduct of a clinical trial.
  • The data is classified Type 3, or Patient Identifiable Information (PII) and requires the processing of the data to be onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data and process standards in the creation of system deliverables.
  • Create or design dashboards and reports using cloud-based data source.
  • Show efficiency in handling of PII data - tracking data lineage, ensuring data quality, and improving discoverability of data.
  • Create or maintain trackers for providing updates on the data receipt and work with cross functional partners in issues and resolutions.
  • Knowledge of Engineering and Operational Excellence using standard methodologies in data handling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, or related discipline with at least 1 year of work experience in ETL, Data Modelling, Data Architecture or Analytics.
  • Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
  • Experience with Cloud Computing is preferred, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
    Experience in R and R Connect, or Python etc.
  • Experience with visualization creation in Tableau,
  • Experience operating very large data warehouses or data lakes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and SDLC is desired
