Global PCC Implementation Manager

Slough, Berkshire   •  £0 - £53 per hour  •  Contract/Temporary, Full time

CK Group are recruiting for a Global Professional Contact Centre Manager to join a biopharmaceutical company with offices in Slough on a 6-month contract basis. Role outside IR35

The Role:
The main purpose of the role will be to

  • Work very closely with the Project lead to manage country readiness and country implementation for the Go Live with the vendor
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to the country for the initial gap analysis, process updates and all deliverables related to implementation readiness
  • Identify potential process enhancements/changes to enable the country to really optimise their ways of working in the context of the extended medical information (MI) services provided

Further responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the vendor to finalise country Working Practices
  • Supporting the local project lead with potential change management required through idea generation sessions in collaboration with the project lead
  • Liaising closely with the Vendor for the implementation phase and highlighting any risks early on to the Global Project Lead

Your Background:
To succeed in this role, you will come from a Life Science background, and a strong Medical information background, as well as proven Project Management skills

  • Vendor relationship management experience would be key
