CPL Life sciences have a exciting new 12 month Contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Veeva-based Quality Management System (QMOD) to provide technical support for Issue Management, Quality Auditing and any future Veeva implementations in the Global Development Quality domain.

The GCP Quality Specialist will support their Line Manager working cross-functionally with GCP Quality colleagues and Global Development Solutions to capture business requirements, oversee development and manage deployment of changes to the Quality Management System.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

Supports system validation activities by developing and executing test scripts for systems that support Global Development Quality processes

Support delivery of QMOD configuration change controls

Support data quality enrichment and implementation of data standards

Provides subject matter expertise on QMOD related projects

Assists with identifying QMOD related user requirements and use cases (in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders)

Collaborates with Global Development Quality colleagues, Global Development Solutions and other key stakeholders

Assists with gathering, developing, prioritizing, monitoring and tracking enhancement requests

Assists with analysing new Veeva technology features

Function as a super-user and QMOD expert on all system-supported processes and data requirements

Provide QMOD mailbox business support as required

Develop reports and metrics to support continuous improvement

This role might be for you if:

Bachelors degree/5 years experience

Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle/Computer Systems Validation experience

Quality Management Computer System administration experience (Veeva Vault preferable)

GCP/GVP/GLP exposure

Quality Assurance/Compliance experience

Business Analysis exposure

Dealing with complexity and ambiguity

Demonstrated skills in taking initiative and working with minimal supervision

Good problem solving, written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy of work
