Regional Sales Manager - South of the UK - Medical Devices - Homebased

A UK based Medical Devices company that is scaling up and are still offering equity/shares in the business are looking for someone to lead their business growth across the south of the UK.

Covering the South of the UK, we are happy to consider candidates who will be home based, however you will need to have meetings in London regularly, so it will be ideal if you are located close to cities or towns close to motorway networks to get to London easily.

We are ideally looking for someone who has been working as a regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Sales Specialist or other commercial role and have a strong Medical Devices sales network across the UK. Ideally, your experience would be specifically within the sleep, respiratory or diabetes medical devices field, however other similar fields are being considered.

This company has some very interesting growth plans and are expanding their business across the UK, Europe, Asia and the US. Due to this they need people who can help with their growth while being able to self-manage their work.

Your focus will be on sales channels into hospitals, NHS, private healthcare, Opticians and direct to consumer healthcare products. We want you to use your past network and ideas to succeed in this role.

With the growth plans in place, the equity/shares you will have access too will be worth a lot in the future. You will also be rewarded with an excellent starting salary and bonus system.

I expect a lot of interest in this role as quite a lot of Sales Managers and Sales Directors I talk to want a role where they can get shares in the company, so I expect this role to be taken quickly.
