Medical Information Associate Polish Speaking

CPL Life Sciences is collaborating with a leading pharmaceutical organisation who is looking for a Medical Information Associate who is fluent on both Polish and English. Working with a multilingual team you will be initially supporting front line activities, supporting both Polish and English medical enquires.
Core Responsibilities include;
- Frontline Medical Information Request Management
- Research and respond to inquiries received via multiple channels including (but not limited to) phone, email, webform, live chat or postal mail, within the required timelines and standards.
- Document the inquiry and response accurately and completely according to relevant Standard
Candidate Requirements Include;
- Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom
- Degree in a life science/healthcare field required
- High level of Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Polis
- Pharmacy Degree preferred 1-2 years of medical information or relevant work experience
- Customer Service experience
