ITSM and ServiceNow Analyst EMEA

ITSM and ServiceNow Analyst EMEA required for a global firm

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly skilled ITSM and ServiceNow Analyst EMEA to support and deliver the Service Now platform, amongst all of their internal business stakeholders. To make sure all demands are delivered efficiently in line with the SLAs with the support of 3rd Party ServiceNow Development company.

Upon joining, the ITMS & ServiceNow Analyst will be expected to work with the internal team to support with improving of the delivery of the IT services. Managing the demand and translating technical solutions. Supporting with the upgrades to the systems of ServiceNow. Identifying training requirements and collaborate with global teams on ITMS toolsets and practices.

As an ITMS & ServiceNow Analyst , you will be expected to have full collaboration with 3rd party companies on larger configurations, work closely with members of the EMEA EIT department and collaborate with other global regions on ServiceNow Platform integration options.

Service Now

Laptop computer (Windows 10)

O365 Services Outlook Mail, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive

Standard Microsoft Office 2016 Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Microsoft Project

Microsoft Visio

ITSM and ServiceNow Analyst position will require:

Degree qualified desirable

ServiceNow certifications a must

Good knowledge of a broad range of IT technology platforms, products, services.

+5 years working in IT ideally Service Desk

+2 years experience working with ServiceNow toolset at developer level

Experience of implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM as minimum with additional module experience a bonus e.g. ITBM, CSM, HR

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong communication skills (written & verbal in English) including the ability to inform, influence and present at all levels of the organisation.

The ITSM and ServiceNow Analyst role is remote working.
