CK Clinical are recruiting for an Associate Director, Oncology Clinical Operations to join a successful global pharmaceutical company, based at their offices in Hertfordshire. This will be a largely home-based position requiring an office presence for meetings, maximum of six times a month.
Responsibilities:
As Associate Director, Oncology Clinical Operations you will have responsibility for the operational aspects of a portfolio of global Oncology studies, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are achieved to the highest quality standards.
Key duties will include:
- Line management of clinical operations staff in the UK and US.
- Acting as cross-functional Study Lead on high priority, programme critical studies.
- Being accountable for programme level time, cost and quality deliverables.
- Ensuring GCP inspection readiness.
- Selection and management of CROs
Your Background:
As Associate Director, Clinical Research, Oncology you will require:
- A relevant BSc or MSc.
- Experience of the leadership of multiple Oncology studies on a global basis.
- Extensive line and resource management experience.
- An awareness of current anti-tumour therapies.
